Electrophysiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrophysiology Specialist to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center. As a key member of our Cardiac Electrophysiology team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient services to patients with cardiac rhythm problems, including cardioversion, endocardial ablation, and cardiac diagnostics.
- Monitor patients on antiarrhythmic and rate control medications and oral anticoagulation.
- Evaluate and follow up on patients with various cardiac rhythm problems, including facilitation of work-up and therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with Electrophysiology attending physicians and other advanced practice providers to ensure coordination and continuity of care.
- Current and unencumbered Maine State Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License with prescriptive authority.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program.
- Certification by a national board certifying organization.
- Proven excellence working in an interdisciplinary collaborative team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and clinical expertise in patient care.
