  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues or deficiencies that are identified during project execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, with the ability to ensure that all construction activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • NCCER, TWIC, and DL certifications.
