">This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

- Supervise Advanced Practitioners (APRNs, PAs) and staff members.">
- Develop and participate in strategic department goals and direction.">
- Nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration.">
- Maintain positive, productive relationships with clinical and administrative staff, patients, and external partners.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- ">
- A graduate degree from an accredited medical school.">
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.">
- Relevant business experience, particularly in a large health center or private practice setting.">
- Familiarity with compliance issues related to specific areas of clinical expertise.">
- Aptitude for data collection and analysis.">
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record Systems.">
- Strong initiative, judgment, and discretion.">
- Problem-solving and accountability skills.">
