About the Role

This role involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients throughout their hospital stay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns, including labor support and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience.
  • Certifications in American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), active upon submission.
  • No Nursys Hits.
  • Banner will not approve Requested Time Off (RTO) within the first week or holidays.
  • Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.

  • Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed.
  • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old).
  • Certifications (must be active at time of submission).
