About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing culturally responsive mental health services to youth transitioning from institutional settings to family or community environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering individual and family therapy to youth at the juvenile justice center and their families. You will work closely with social services, probation, and mental health departments to ensure stability for the child and family.

Key qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in social work/psychology/counseling, current licensure or eligibility for licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), and good organizational and writing skills.
