We are seeking a skilled Vascular Surgery Nurse to join our team at JobGet. As a Traveling RN for Vascular Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on a general vascular surgery floor.
Certification Requirements- BLS certification is a must, and you must be AHA certified.
- Nursys for licensure verification is required.
- License/Certificate Verification is necessary within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
- Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer are required.
- You will be seeing patients with Cholecystitis, pancreatitis, vessel disease, and kidney failure disease.
- Responsibilities include caring for kidney transplant patients, abdominal surgery, revascularizations, vascular bypass, carotid endarterectomy, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery.
- You will also be administering Anti-thymocyte globulin.
- Must be AHA BLS certified.
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
- Flu vaccine is mandatory starting September 4th, 2023, for all new travelers, needs to be updated every year.
- Annual Fit Test is required.
- Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
