Job Summary

Prisma Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Columbia. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to principles and practices of physical therapy.

  • Performs appropriate initial physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations and designs a physical therapy plan of care
  • Implements and manages a specific and comprehensive treatment plan, and participates in patient discharge planning
  • Actively participates in patient and family education process

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or advanced degree
  • SC PT Licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission
  • Demonstrates clinical competency based on patient's age
