Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Frankfort, IN. As a dedicated House Calls Nurse Practitioner, you will provide personalized, evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in their residences.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine and treat urgent and chronic illnesses, minor injuries, and accidents.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive patient plans.
  • Manage patient records and ensure up-to-date documentation.
Requirements:
  • Active state NP license.
  • Current NP National Board Certification.
  • Active state DEA licensure.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of NP experience preferred.
