Job Overview:
A Dermatology Practitioner Onboarding Specialist is required by the Skin and Cancer Institute to handle administrative team tasks and components of the credentialing process. This position ensures practitioners' onboarding and credentialing records are maintained in accordance with applicable entities. The individual will ensure records are accurate and complete for processing and submission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and data entry of new provider profiles in a database.
  • Screening practitioners' initial applications and supporting documentation.
  • Following up on pending applications and documentation from new providers.
  • Maintaining the expiration of licenses/certifications for provider files to maintain renewals.
  • Managing Team Group Box.
  • Monitoring and notifying re-credentialing application reviews.
  • Notifying Health Plan entities of Termed Providers and/or locations.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • 1+ year of knowledge of credentialing standards and regulations.
  • Working Knowledge of CAQH.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
