At Interim HealthCare of Bellevue WA, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in this effort by providing compassionate care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). You will be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope. You will also assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient's care plan. Additionally, you will document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record.

We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, direct deposit, and benefits that include fitness reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and continuing education opportunities. Our ideal candidate will have experience in SNF or long-term care and possess a current unrestricted LPN license in WA state. A BLS certification and two positive work references are also required.
