Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Advanced Care Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Mill Valley, CA. As an Urgent Care Provider, you'll manage patients' acute care concerns in a primary care setting. This role combines urgent care with primary care, offering a unique blend of skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patients' acute care concerns, including common concerns and procedures such as STI diagnosis and treatment, staple removal, suture removal, pelvic exams, I&Ds, IVs, nebulizer treatment, URIs, coughs, bronchitis, UTIs, chest pain, abdominal pain, psychiatry screening and stabilization, etc.
- Maintain evidence-based and current knowledge as it relates to urgent care practice and procedures, as well as basic proficiency in primary care topics (hypertension, diabetes, depression/anxiety, etc.).
- Document physical exams, procedures, and in-office medications/prescriptions.
- Completed an accredited FNP program or PA program with a national certification.
- At least 2 years of experience practicing as a full family Advanced Practitioner seeing all ages (0+), with at least 1 year in an urgent care or emergency care setting, or 1 year in an urgent care or emergency care setting coupled with 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to work at least 3 holidays a year.
- Ability to work two full weekends per month (4 shifts).
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.

We're committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $174,000 - $184,000 based on a full-time schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
