Job Summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at our brand new Memory Care and Senior Living Community. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with medication management, including administering prescribed medications
  • Support residents with mobility and ambulation, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Assist with meal preparation and planning, working closely with the Dietary Manager
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations
  • Report any unusual incidents or concerns to management
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver, preferably in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting
  • CNA Certification preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to work an e/o weekend shift, as required
  • Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this direct care position
