Pension Administration Support Specialist

The Pension Administration Support Specialist will provide critical support to our pension administration team. This includes assisting with payroll processing, census validation, loan processing, and fee liquidation. You will verify the accuracy of payroll census data, process participant loans, and handle loan payoff transactions. Additionally, you will assist in the liquidation of plan fees and ensure proper accounting.

You will also help reconcile and process rollover contributions, review and process new hire enrollments, and maintain effective communication with plan participants and clients. Furthermore, you will learn and perform quality checks on the work of peers to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
