Qualifications:

  1. J.D. or equivalent degree with active membership in a State Bar.
  2. 8-11 years of litigation experience, ideally in both law firm and in-house settings.
  3. Strong understanding of civil procedure and discovery processes.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders.
  5. Experience in a business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.
  6. Proven ability to manage complex litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
  7. Track record of leading change aligned with corporate goals.
  8. Experience in budget management and collaboration with outside counsel.
  9. High integrity and ethical standards.
  10. Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
  11. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  13. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in international litigation.
  2. Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
