Role DescriptionAs a Preschool Teacher, you will lead our 2-year-old classroom, leveraging your exceptional teaching skills to inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning. You will work closely with colleagues to create a collaborative environment, where everyone thrives. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all students.
  • Mentor and support co-teachers, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and achievements.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months required.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
