TACFI Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a TACFI Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in Military operations, Special Operations Forces (SOF), Law Enforcement, and First responders to government agencies.

• Provide consulting, coaching, training, and business support services to government agencies
• Develop and execute Joint Special Operations Forces simulation/synthetic training environments
• Build and manage cross-functional teams to achieve mission success
• Thrive in high-stress situations and increase technical and tactical proficiency
• Adapt to changing organizational challenges and goals

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
• US Citizenship required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Security Clearance: eligible for clearance (existing clearance preferred)

• 20 days of PTO per year
• 6% 401k match with immediate vesting
