Emergency Department Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Clinical Nurse to join our team at Progress West Hospital. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
- Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family, or caregiver.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.
- No experience required.
- RN licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
