About the Role

This is a full-time School Social Worker position in Grandy, MN. The successful candidate will support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to address student social-emotional development, mental health, family crises, and social skills.
  • Work closely with Special Education (SPED) students, delivering social skills instruction per their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Support students with 504 plans, addressing issues as they arise.
Key Qualifications
  • A valid Minnesota School Social Worker license.
  • Experience working with K-8 students, particularly those with special education needs and 504 plans.
  • Strong crisis intervention, social-emotional learning, and collaboration skills with families and staff.
