This position demands exceptional multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Assistant Controller on various accounting and financial tasks
  • Examine financial information for accuracy and reporting
  • Develop analyses to support financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and controls related to accounting, payroll, and inventory
  • Manage general ledger activities and perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure adherence to company reporting standards and tax obligations
  • Improve budgeting and forecasting methodologies
  • Administer Payroll functions

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
