Job Title: Trades Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Trades Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Trades Division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train trades staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prioritize and Assign Tasks: Prioritize and assign tasks to trades staff to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect and Maintain Equipment: Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition and that all necessary repairs are made in a timely manner.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Trades Division to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the Trades Division is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 7 years of progressively responsible trades experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
