INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Oklahoma, is seeking a highly skilled Acute Care Pediatric APRN to join our team in Oklahoma City. As a key member of our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our young patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, radiological examinations, and other diagnostic procedures as needed
- Diagnose and manage actual or potential health problems, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and consultations as appropriate
- Perform routine procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and blood draws
- Educate patients and families regarding prescribed treatments and medications
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and Operations Manager Practice Management to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
- Current BLS Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
