  • Open and close the store according to company policy and procedures.
  • Assist with cash handling, returns, and other retail operations.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and merchandise products according to company directives.
  • Ensure the overall appearance of the store is maintained, including visual merchandising and store displays.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to use a cash register and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work full-time, including all shifts and extra hours as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 35 pounds, reach, bend, and stoop.
  • Ability to stand for six to eight hours per day.
  • Valid Michigan driver's license required.
  • Ability to push, pull, and operate a pallet jack.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
