Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Administrative Director of Imaging and Physical Therapy and the Radiology Director, in collaboration with the Medical Director, the Radiologic Technologist is responsible for executing professional tasks associated with various technical procedures to utilize prescribed ionizing radiation for Radiologic diagnosis. This role requires independent judgment, creativity, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the evaluation, treatment, or care tailored to the age groups of the patients served.
- Exhibits the capability to gather and interpret information concerning the patient's requirements.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of growth and development, along with the necessary treatment spectrum for all patient demographics.
- Ensures departmental compliance with regulations established by governing bodies.
- May be tasked with responsibilities in additional Imaging modalities.
- Adheres to AIDET principles and accepts reassignments and supplementary duties with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Maintains departmental compliance with governing regulations.
- Participates in on-call duties as required.
- If trained in multiple modalities (C.T., M.R.I., Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology), on-call duties will encompass two of the specified modalities during the on-call period.

Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain current licensure as a Diagnostic Radiological Technologist in the state of practice.
- ARRT Certification in Radiography is required.
- BLS Certification is mandatory or must be obtained during the orientation process.
- IV Certification is preferred.
