- Administer anesthesia in accordance with departmental standards of care, ensuring a safe environment for patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Completion of a Nurse Anesthesia program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.
- Board certification if required by the Department.
