Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Electrical Assembler with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical assembly, particularly with valves and fittings, and demonstrate a solid mathematical foundation. This position offers a chance to work within a forward-thinking team that is committed to excellence in manufacturing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble intricate electrical components and systems with precision.
- Interpret and execute technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Install, mount, and connect various electrical components, including valves and fittings.
- Perform soldering and desoldering of electrical components as required.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair any faulty electrical components.
- Execute tests to verify the functionality and efficiency of electrical systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to enhance processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical assembly within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven hands-on experience with valves, fittings, and soldering techniques.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, with troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to safety and risk mitigation in the workplace.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving objectives.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
