Kaeko, Inc. is a leading A/E design firm with a team of expert staff who plan, design, and execute complex MEP projects in the semi-conductor industry, as well as Mechanical and Production Engineering, Civil and Structural for land development projects.

Our team includes engineering and design staff in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain survey equipment and tools.
  • Stock and replenish survey supplies and tools.
  • Load and unload equipment and supplies used by the survey crew.
  • Set up and operate survey equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Review and check the work product of others.
  • Understand and comply with written and oral instructions in the English language.
  • Complete forms and report information in standard format.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel across rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces at construction sites.
  • Ability to move objects between 20-50 pounds long distances (20 feet or more).
  • Ability to use a 16-pound sledgehammer.
  • Ability to walk distances up to a mile at a time, up to five miles per day.
  • Ability to bend or stoop repeatedly.
  • Ability to remain in a standing position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to make continuous or repetitive arm-hand movements.
  • Ability to work outside in all seasons/weather conditions.
  • Ability to work inside on hard surfaces.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic knowledge of construction, boundary, and topographic surveys.
  • College or technical courses in mathematics or surveying a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
