Snelling is seeking several Facilities Maintenance Specialists with experience in managing maintenance tasks for residential complexes. The role involves executing general upkeep and repairs on equipment and property structures, along with maintaining the grounds.
Work ScheduleHours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
CompensationPay Range: $ /hr, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct minor repairs related to building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and painting as required.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies.
- Perform tasks such as tiling, sheetrock handling, painting, and assisting with cleanup.
- Execute additional maintenance duties as assigned.
- This role requires prolonged standing and the ability to lift heavy items.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and adhere to established procedures.
