Job Summary

Triad Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Cabinet Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinetry and store fixtures to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manufacturing and Production: Fabricate and assemble cabinetry and store fixtures according to drawings and specifications.
  2. Production Scheduling: Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of products and meet customer requirements.
  3. Quality Control: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and develop procedures for department operations.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in woodworking and ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
