Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, benefits may include health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
As a Minister of Discipleship, you will be responsible for sharing in the teaching ministry, teaching in various environments, and assisting in team-teaching philosophy and practice. You will also work with the Church Leadership Team to discern future strategic direction and possess a keen cultural awareness to improve ministry effectiveness.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and 4-5 years of professional experience in a strategic leadership and teaching role in a ministry context. A Master's degree in theology or a related field is preferred. Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Self-starter ability to work cooperatively as a team is also required.
