Job Title: Claims Processor III

At Versant Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Processor III to join our team. As a Claims Processor III, you will play a critical role in processing claims in the CompuVision/CVX system(s) and supporting claims routing and handling in the MACESS Claims Management System workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming paper claims for adjudication and payment
  • Research and resolve claim discrepancies utilizing business knowledge, training, and internal guidelines
  • Support other departments concerning claims-related questions
  • Meet required performance guarantee deadlines, company objectives, and production and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of claims experience required
  • Knowledge of International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and/or Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
