Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Cenergy International is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will perform various functions associated with manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, rework, and quality testing. Your expertise in using sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data will be essential in conducting on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Performing all manufacturing operations, including setup and calibration tasks, rework, and quality testing
• Utilizing sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment
• Developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process
• Working with engineers in conducting experiments and handling fragile composite materials
• Bonding, prepping, and bonding composite structures to metallic fittings
• Notating usage, traceability, pot life, and out-time controls on adhesive materials
• Reporting data and interfacing with other employees and departments
• Preparing tooling and releasing applications
• Measuring hardware using calipers, rulers, and tape measures
• Reading and understanding manufacturing blueprints and shop planning
• Maintaining overall shop appearance and cleanliness
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and education requirements:
• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of additional education and/or related experience
• Valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage
