Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. As a Travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and assist in the diagnosis of patient illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute MRI diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and skill on appropriate anatomical regions according to department procedures and protocols.
  • Locate and record internal elements of the body and identify any anomalies indicative of disease, injury, or other medically significant conditions.
  • Adjust equipment and calm patients to eliminate test artifacts.
  • Monitor the patient for potentially dangerous physical and emotional changes.
  • Evaluate test results for clarity and accuracy.
  • Review tests with peers and physician.
  • Inform physicians of preliminary findings as requested according to department procedures.
  • Distribute completed test results to physicians and service providers.
Requirements
  • Must have the ability to function as an MRI Technologist in performing examinations of patients of all ages for the purpose of assisting in the diagnosis of patient illness.
  • Clinical Radiographer background with a minimum of 1 year of MRI clinical experience required.
  • Valid ARRT license, registered in MRI.
