About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Department at Mass General Brigham. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and establishing goals with patient input.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform physical therapy examinations and develop treatment plans in accordance with standards of practice and applicable state licensure regulations.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to provide coordinated interdisciplinary patient care.
  • Document and communicate necessary patient information.
  • Delegate and supervise patient-related tasks to assistants, aides, and support personnel.
