Job Title: Primary Therapist

The Recovery Research Network is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our Forensic Multidisciplinary Team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with individuals involved in the justice system, providing quality care and support to those in need of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy services and develop effective treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with center policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's or PsyD degree in a relevant field
  • Current Florida License (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or licensed psychologist)
  • 2+ years of experience in mental health, specifically working with justice-involved individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
