The Recovery Research Network is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our Forensic Multidisciplinary Team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with individuals involved in the justice system, providing quality care and support to those in need of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorder treatment.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual therapy services and develop effective treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with center policies and procedures
- Master's or PsyD degree in a relevant field
- Current Florida License (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or licensed psychologist)
- 2+ years of experience in mental health, specifically working with justice-involved individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
