Job Title: Residential Care Provider

View Point Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Provider to join our team at our Detox - Substance Use Specialty Services Programs in Covington, GA.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to provide support and care to adult clients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health disorders. As a Residential Care Provider, you will be responsible for monitoring client activity, observing and reporting behaviors, and providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor client activity and report any concerning behaviors or changes in condition
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and cleaning
  • Provide training and support to clients in basic personal and social skills
  • Assist with admissions and discharges, including searching clients for contraband
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and provide input on client care plans
  • Assist with psychoeducational groups and activities for clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Georgia driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record required
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens
