Job Overview

At Chrysalis Host Home, we are seeking compassionate families to provide a loving and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a Host Home Provider, you will have the opportunity to work from home while caring for a person with special needs.

Compensation

The monthly payment for this position will be determined based on the level of care needed for the individual. You can expect to receive two payments: Room and Board payment, and Daily rate for each day the individual is in your care. The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000-$65,000.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Host Home Provider will include:

  • Providing a safe and clean environment for the individual
  • Building rapport, support, and advocacy for the individual
  • Completing all company trainings
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Have an available bedroom in your home
