Job Summary

Northstar Behavioral Health Network LLC seeks a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to oversee the development and implementation of our training program for behavioral health technicians and staff.

About You:

  • You possess a strong understanding of organizational policies and procedures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Your ability to create comprehensive training materials, such as manuals and guides, is essential for success in this role.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet research tools is necessary for efficient communication and record-keeping.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform job responsibilities is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for behavioral health technicians and staff.
  • Create site-specific training manuals and guides to support new staff members.
  • Conduct on-site coaching and training sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management teams to ensure training procedures are up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, communicating regularly with HR and management teams.
  • Shadow new technicians during scheduled shifts to provide guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a background study clearance and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • CPR and 1st Aid certification is necessary, with a willingness to participate in additional training courses if needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research skills are also essential for success in this role.
  • Physical ability to perform job responsibilities, including lifting up to 30 pounds, is mandatory.

Compensation:

Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and location.
