About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Manager for Pediatric Therapy Services. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the System Director of Rehabilitation Services with daily operations oversight of inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy pediatric services.
  • Provide direct clinical care and support to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with the rehab management team to support physical therapy clinical operations across all ages and settings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and manage PT staff and/or students.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in good standing as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
  • Five (5) years clinical experience as a Physical Therapist with two (2) years of pediatric experience.
  • Experience supervising or managing PT staff and/or students.
  • One (1) year of acute care experience.
  • Must possess a current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior outpatient experience.
  • Prior burn experience.
  • Prior neurology experience.
  • Prior inpatient experience.
  • Board-Certified Clinical Specialist.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
