Job Title: Geospatial Mapping Specialist

The position of a Geospatial Mapping Specialist at Axelon involves maintaining the electric GIS model, performing analysis and custom maps, and working in a Union environment. Key responsibilities include updating the GIS system, processing work orders, and printing distribution updates. This role requires 1-2 years of GIS experience, knowledge of Micro station and AutoCAD, and the ability to work in a team. The Geospatial Mapping Specialist will perform assignments related to recording and producing information associated with utility systems, maintain the GIS connected model, and produce standard prints and ad-hoc plots. The role also involves resolving conflicting data, tracking utility asset data, and operating automated office equipment. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, computer skills in MS Office and other Windows applications, and the ability to work at various client locations based on business needs.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
