About the Role:

As an Exterior Remodeling Representative with Window World of Wausau, you will be conducting in-home sales presentations to homeowners, building rapport and using product demonstrations to offer exterior remodeling products. You will travel to customer locations, take measurements for custom products, and work to close contracts on the same appointment.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial product and systems training to stay up-to-date
  • Travel to customer locations for in-home sales presentations
  • Build rapport with customers through active listening and attention to their needs
  • Follow a value-based selling system with honesty and integrity
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver custom quotes
  • Answer client questions about products, prices, and installation process
  • Measure for products and process contract documents
  • Work with customer service specialists to uphold high standards
  • Prospect and contact potential customers

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Home improvement industry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • Customer-service mentality
  • Williness to work some evening hours

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
