Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative RN to join our team at Welia Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the operating room, same day surgery, post anesthesia recovery room, or endoscopy suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions to develop a plan of care.
• Implement medical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide coordinated patient-centered care.
• Direct and guide patient education, assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of education.
• Direct and guide activities of ancillary personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One to three years of O.R. experience preferred.
• Current RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PALS and NRP certification within the first 6 months of employment.
