• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to ALDI's high standards
• Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move merchandise as needed
