About the Role

Dwight-Englewood School is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Annual Fund Director. As a key member of the Development team, the Annual Fund Director will play a critical role in creating and implementing a comprehensive annual giving program.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing annual giving programs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing an annual giving program with targeted solicitations, appeals, and activities
  • Developing an annual giving appeal plan, calendar of activities/events, and solicitation and segmentation methods
  • Collaborating with the Director of Communications to develop and implement all annual giving creative, collateral, and branding
  • Liaising with the Database Manager to ensure timely processing and acknowledgment of gifts
  • Supporting new parent engagement strategies and attending school events

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
