Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering and installing merchandise to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and Securing Merchandise: Safely load and secure merchandise in the delivery vehicle to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Installation and Demonstration: Install and demonstrate merchandise to customers, ensuring they understand the product features and benefits.
- Logistics and Operations: Assist with logistics and operations tasks, such as tracking inventory, managing delivery schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old (in Canada) or 21 years old (in the U.S.)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and 300 pounds with a dolly
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license, but not a CDL
