Job Summary

The Amity Foundation is seeking a qualified Overnight Monitor to join our team. As an Overnight Monitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during quiet hours and remain vigilant to ensure their well-being.">
• Conduct regular bed checks and maintain accurate records.">
• Assume supervision responsibilities in the absence of faculty members.">
• Contact designated faculty as needed to report incidents or concerns.">
• Complete required forms for faculty meetings and provide guidance to students.">
• Model positive behavior and serve as a trusted advisor to assigned students.">
• Prevent and intervene in student altercations, reporting incidents as necessary.">
• Administer first aid and CPR during emergencies, adhering to American Red Cross guidelines.">
• Conduct emergency evacuation procedures and maintain facility grounds.">
• Responsible for critical incident reporting and documentation.">
• Upload clinical support documentation, including motivation logs and intention forms.">

Requirements:

• ">
• High school diploma or equivalent GED.">
• Flexibility to work various overnight shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.">
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.">
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.">
• Ability to operate general office equipment.">
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.">
• Familiarity with contemporary substance abuse treatment practices in a residential setting.">
• Effective communication and sensitivity under pressure.">
• RADT certification a plus.">
