We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Metz Culinary Management. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious meals and impressive presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. You will also assist in kitchen operations, including prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality meals and presentations
- Assist in kitchen operations, including prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- Inventory and portion ingredients
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook in a kitchen preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
