Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review tax returns and accounting/consulting projects with minimal oversight.
  • Supervise and lead members of our internal team to ensure client engagements and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Participate in coordinating large client engagements, identifying problems, and helping clients determine optimal strategies.
  • Continuously develop professional and technical skills through training and development opportunities.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and promote teamwork and loyalty within the firm.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience.
  • CPA certification or on a timeline to obtain within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
  • Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight.
  • Experience in planning and supervising larger engagements and tax return preparation.
  • Solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Competent working knowledge of accounting, auditing, and tax software.
