We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver skilled patient care through the nursing process in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate patient care among patient/family, medicine, nursing, ancillary, and other team personnel; act as patient advocate; and maintain current knowledge and standards of professional nursing practice.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program, a valid license to practice in the State.
- Minimum of two-year relevant RN clinical nursing experience and proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
