Installation Manager

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a leading provider of lumber and building materials, is seeking a highly skilled Installation Manager to oversee the installation functions of our company.

Job Summary:

The Installation Manager will be responsible for managing a workforce of employees and sub-contractors, ensuring quality standards are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of installation professionals to ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed efficiently.
  • Review and approve installation agreements and invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate installation operations, establish priorities and sequences for all installed products, and review reports to ensure minimum costs and prevent installation delays.
  • Develop and implement standard operational and working practices, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage employees, and oversee fleet maintenance and cleanliness within the install department.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer issues within a 24-hour window.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in installation of various building products, preferably doors, windows, trim, siding, etc.
  • A certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
