Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist at SUNLIGHT ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE CENT, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our adult day health care participants. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial, monthly, and quarterly assessments to identify and address the occupational needs of our participants. This may involve developing and implementing personalized plans to enhance their physical and cognitive abilities, promoting their engagement in daily activities, and empowering them to maintain their autonomy and dignity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of participants' occupational needs and abilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to address identified needs and goals
